To ensure a smooth ticket booking and service experience, DANATICKET provides the following detailed information regarding delivery methods and ticket receipt. Please read these terms carefully to understand the process and your rights.
I. Service Delivery Methods
After your payment is successfully completed, you will receive either an electronic admission ticket with a QR code, a printed ticket, or a service confirmation via email or Zalo.
All electronic tickets and service confirmations will be sent from the following official email address: danago@dng.vn
If you request home delivery for printed tickets, DANATICKET will provide delivery within Da Nang City (based on the former administrative boundary).
For delivery to other provinces or cities, DANATICKET will coordinate shipment through Viettel Post or other postal and express delivery services. Delivery costs will be borne by the customer.
Please note that Viettel Post does not issue delivery receipts or shipping documents during the process. If you require such documentation, DANATICKET will provide invoices or related delivery documents upon request.
II. Delivery Time
Once payment is confirmed, the electronic ticket or service confirmation will be sent within 10–30 minutes during working hours.
For special cases or home delivery requests, the delivery time will be arranged and confirmed directly between the customer and DANATICKET.
If delivery or service provision is delayed due to force majeure events such as natural disasters, system failures, or transportation issues, DANATICKET will promptly inform the customer and may adjust the delivery schedule accordingly. In such cases, DANATICKET shall not be held liable for compensation.
If a delay results in the customer not receiving tickets at least one day prior to the scheduled departure date, the customer may cancel the contract. To be valid, the cancellation notice must be sent to danago@dng.vn in writing or by email no later than 24 hours before the departure date.
After this period, DANATICKET cannot be held responsible for refunds or compensation.
