DANATICKET understand that good service experiences come from not only the quality but also the transparency in every transaction. Therefore, to ensure the favorability and rights for both parties, DANATICKET sincerely sends important policies that Customers need to clarify. Please read carefully the following content to ensure the cooperation progress going smooth and effective.

I. GENERAL POLICY

Before making payment on the website, DANATICKET.VN, please refer to Agreements and Terms, also on the website, published by DANAGO Travel Joint Stock Company (“DANAGO”). They cover items including but not limited to:

General transaction condition

Delivery information

Making online payment will be Customer’s implicit agreement to published policies on the website. And clicking “BOOKING” and paying via QR code also mean that Customer commits following policies on the website.

All booking or product, service transactions are under the constraint of the policies. In case of violation in General Agreement & Terms and Specific Agreement & Terms, Specific Agreement & Terms will be applied as a priority.

II. POLICY REGRADING WEBSITE USAGE AND CONTENT

The website at DANATICKET.VN is belong to DANATICKET. Customer can only use the website to view information and sign up for online payment, not to make benefits for any commercial purposes.

Every content on DANATICKET’s website can be only used for reference or research purpose if citations clearly mention sources from Our website.

Any use of logos, trademarks, or any intellectual property on this website in any form is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from us. Any violation may result in legal action in accordance with applicable laws.

III. POLICY REGARDING LINKS OF THE WEBSITE

DANATICKET.VN may include links to websites of external parties. These websites are provided for Customer’s convenience, that doesn’t include DANATICKET confirmation, agreement or responsibility of content, product and service from those websites.

DANATICKET shall not be legally responsible for any problems about information, content, privacy policy or activities of external parties. When accessing links, Customer should make own reviews and follow policies about usage se as well as privacy from those websites.

IV. TICKET POLICY

Notice: Requests is only effective when there is confirmation from DANATICKET.

Deposit

Deposits vary on each service and time of booking.

Booking is only validated when DANATICKET successfully receive the deposit.

No deposit return for every circumstance.

Ticket issuance time

After paying 100% of booking service value.

Ticket delivery

Digital ticket: Via email/Zalo signed up by Customer

Paper ticket: Receive at DANTICKET Office or use delivery service.

Receiving Ticket

Customer shall protect and secure information of Ticket by Customer’s own self.

Customer shall check the quantity, condition and information of Ticket right the time of receiving. After that time, DANATICKET shall not be responsible for solving any complaints.

Adjustment of reduction/cancellation

No ticket cancellation/return accepted for every circumstance.

No return for deposit or any payment.

Adjustment of increase

No limitation (but depends on availabity)

Payment shall follow the newest ticket price at the time of adjustment.

Adjustment of change from Child Ticket to Adult Ticket after Ticket issuance

Only apply change from Child Ticket to Adult Ticket, not backward.

Rule of change: New published Ticket price – (subtract) Old published Ticket price

Customer shall pay the difference in the amount of money for DANATICKET.

Adjustment of service change (changing the date, user name, category, etc.)

Before ticket issuance:

Changes can be supported, depending on policies and the practical statement of tourist destinations.

It is required to send requests via texts or official contacts of DANATICKET (Whatsapp, Zalo, Email, Hotline).

Customer shall pay the difference in amount (if any).

After Ticket issuance: No adjustment support

Notice: Adjustment time is only available during working days (not including occasions/Tet holidays/weekends). Requests during occasiosn, Tet holidays, weekend or after the ticket expired date will count as service cancellation. Cancellation fee: 100% of Ticket value.

V. CUSTOMER’S RIGHTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Customer shall commit being repsonsibilty of providing personal information, credit card/bank account details, that are all valid, for DANATICKET. If there are any errors, fakes or conflicts, DANATICKET has the right to cancel Customer’s purchased ticket.   

Customer shall secure ticket information after DANATICKET issues tickets. DANATICKET shall not be responsible for any circumstance if ticket information is not protected after DANATICKET issues tickets.

  • Customer shall keep the ticket before and during the trip.
  • Customer shall cooperate and facilitate condition so that DANATICKET can complete progress.
  • Customer shall follow DANATICKET requests and regulations at destination to ensure safety during visiting.
  • Customer shall make payment following policies of the contract.

VI. DANATICKET’S RIGHTS AND RESPONSIBILITY

  • Request Customer to complete payment on time
  • Request Customer’s support and cooperation in the scope of this Contract when there are related problems.
  • Provide Ticket to use Service following the policies of Contract.

VII. FORCE MAJEURE EVENT

No Parties shall be repsonsbile for delays or violations when carrying out any content of this Contract if these delays or violations are caused by objective events that are unpredictable and unsolvable regardless of neccessary solution and efforts (hereafter called “Force Majeure Events” ). Force Majeure Events include but not limit to: fire exploration, disasters, wars, epidemics, embargoes, legal request of national authorities, army, or other causes.

The Party that is affected by Force Majeure Events shall be repsonsible for: (i) notifying the other Party via texts in two days after the time of acknowledging Force Majeure Events, and (ii) carrying out reasonable preventation, necessary alternatives and solutions to relieve the effect of Forve Majeure Events.

If carrying out Contract of the affected Party is beyond-thirty-day late since the other Party receive notifications following this policy, each Party has a right to end Contract by sending texts of notication for the other Party without any responsibility.  

For the transacted amount of money or issued Ticket, returns will be depend on the refunding policy of units celeberating events. 

Parties agree this following statement. Every situation regarding finacial difficulties, that results in Party B’s failure to complete payment for services mentioned in this Contract, shall not treat as Force Majeure Events.  

VIII. PENALTIES FOR VIOLATIONS AND COMPENSATION FOR DAMAGES

The Party that violates the contract and fails to remedy the violations within the time requested by the non-violating party shall be subject to a penalty of 8% of the value of the violated contractual obligation and must compensate for all damages incurred by the other party.

IX. DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY

DANATICKET shall not be responsible of the following cases, and these situations are not caused by DANATICKET’s fault.

Customer no longer wishes to use the service without a valid reason.

Customer fails to fulfill responsibilities according to the Agreements and Terms on the website DANATICKET.VN.            

Customer fails to pay service fees to DANATICKET.

Errors caused by external parties.

Customer is responsible for protecting own tour tickets before and during the trip. DANATICKET is not responsible for refunds or reissuance of tickets in cases of loss, damage, or non-use due to personal reasons.

DANATICKET is not responsible for Customer information being stolen if the theft occurs from Customer’s device due to a computer virus or other causes.

DANATICKET is not liable for any damage to Customer’s computer system during payment or interference related to the use of an external website.

In cases of force majeure events where the contract cannot be fulfilled, both parties shall discuss and resolve the issue in a spirit of equality.

X. DISPUTE AND COMPLAINT RESOLUTION PROGRESS

DANATICKET is responsible for receiving complaints from buyers related to transactions on the website. Any arising issues shall be discussed, and contract appendices may be added to resolve matters in a spirit of mutual respect and cooperation for the benefit of both parties. If both Parties cannot reach an agreement, the dispute shall be resolved at the competent People’s Court where Party B is headquartered.

Compliance with these general terms not only ensures customer rights but also contributes to a transparent and professional transaction environment. We hope these regulations help you have a convenient and secure experience when using DANATICKET’s services.
