I. SERVICE TICKETS
DANATICKET is an official distributor of tickets for leading tourist attractions in Da Nang and Central Vietnam, including:

II. BOOKING AND MODIFICATION POLICY

Deposit |
Deposit amounts vary depending on service and booking time. A booking becomes valid only after DANATICKET receives the deposit. Deposits are non-refundable in all cases. |

Ticket Issuance |
Tickets are issued after full payment is received. |

Delivery |
Electronic tickets: Sent via registered email or Zalo.

Ticket Receipt |
Customers must carefully check and keep their tickets and related information. DANATICKET does not accept exchanges, returns, or complaints regarding tickets that are torn, erased, blurred, or have damaged QR codes. |

Cancellation or Reduction |
Ticket cancellations and returns are not permitted. Deposits and payments are non-refundable. |
|
Increase in Quantity |
Subject to ticket availability. Prices will follow the current rate at the time of modification. |

Change from Child Ticket to Adult Ticket (after issuance) |
Only upgrades from Child to Adult tickets are allowed. Downgrades are not accepted. The fare difference must be paid to DANATICKET. |

Service Change or Transfer (change of date, name, ticket type, etc.) |
Before ticket issuance: Possible depending on partner policies and ticket availability. Requests must be made in writing or via DANATICKET’s official channels (Zalo, email, hotline). Any price difference must be paid.
After ticket issuance: No changes are permitted. Business days only. Requests submitted on weekends, holidays, or after the ticket validity date will be treated as cancellations and charged 100% of the ticket value. |
III. RESPONSIBILITY WHEN SERVICE CANNOT BE PROVIDED
If DANATICKET is unable to provide the ticket or access to an attraction due to objective or force majeure causes (such as fire, natural disaster, epidemic, government orders, war, embargo, or operator closure), DANATICKET will:
- Notify customers promptly upon receiving official notice.
- Process refunds in accordance with the partner’s refund policy.
- Refunds will be issued by bank transfer or cash, depending on the original payment method.
Once the refund has been completed, DANATICKET bears no further responsibility for any resulting losses or claims.
