I. MANDATORY TERMS FOR ONLINE PAYMENT

1.1. General Terms

  • Prices for all services are quoted in Vietnamese Dong (VND).
  • Tour prices include applicable taxes, fees, and surcharges unless otherwise stated.
  • Payments made in foreign currency will be converted to VND using the Vietcombank exchange rate in effect at the time of payment.

1.2. Receiving Service Information

Before payment, review the program details, total costs, inclusions and exclusions, and ticket quantity shown on the booking page.

Customers may act personally or through an authorized representative to confirm services, make payments, and receive tickets at DANAGO offices or branches. DANAGO’s obligations to provide trip information apply only to the customer or their duly authorized representative.

Note: DANAGO is not liable for incorrect or missing information provided by a customer’s representative.

1.3. Payment

  • DANAGO accepts online payments via domestic bank cards (ATM/Internet Banking) on www.danaticket.vn and via the payment methods displayed at checkout.
  • Provide all required booking and payer information exactly as instructed. The full pay must be made for the selected service.
  • Payment is completed only when DANAGO receives the full cleared amount in its designated account before the service or departure date. Payment delays caused by the payer’s bank, intermediary banks, or payment service providers will not be considered as payment received by DANAGO.
  • DANAGO will contact you for consultation and confirmation within 10 minutes after your transaction is completed.

II. FORMS OF PAYMENT AND RECEIVING SERVICES AT DANAGO

2.1. Cash Payment

Make cash payments, confirm services, or collect tickets at DANAGO’s head office: 41 Phan Triêm, Hòa Xuân, Đà Nẵng.

2.2. Bank Transfer (including QR Code)

Note: To comply with payment procedures, please make payments only to the account of only to DANAGO TRAVEL JOINT STOCK COMPANYofficial account.

Do not make payments to any personal accounts.

III. ONLINE PAYMENT PROCESS

The process for paying for services through the website danaticket.vn is as follows:

  • Step 1: In the service booking section, review service information, select the appropriate category, then click ADD TO CART or BUY NOW.
  • Step 2: Complete all required fields in PAYMENT INFORMATION
  • Step 3: Read the Agreement and Terms of Transaction provided on this website.
  • Step 4: Tick the box: “I have read and agree to the website’s Terms & Conditions.”
  • Step 5: Click PLACE ORDER and verify your order details before proceeding.
  • Step 6: Complete payment using your preferred method (QR code, bank transfer, or card). The QR code displays payment information, including the total amount and recipient account, which can be scanned by banking apps or e-wallets.
  • Step 7: Verify order confirmation sent to the email address you provided.
  • Step 8: DANAGO will contact you within 10 minutes to confirm the booked service and provide service details via email. Alternatively, you may send payment confirmation (via Zalo or email) to danago@dng.vn and contact the responsible staff to request confirmation or ticket delivery.
